BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Stanley Thomas Tucker Jr. has always had a passion for working with children. He graduated from Kennesaw State Elementary with a degree in Early Childhood Education. He is a former elementary educator, which goes without saying, means he can tell hundreds of funny kid-stories. Stan has dedicated the past several years founding and growing the reach of Leap For Literacy. Stan released his own book "Stan and The Man" in October of 2019. He wrote the book to inspire students to live a life that makes the important people in their life proud. Stan also sits on the board at the Carolyn Barron Montessori School in Newnan, Georgia. He lives in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Sean Hall is a highly experienced leader, coach, mentor, and motivator who has held a variety of positions in the corporate world as well as volunteered for over 20 years. He started his career at Ceridian Employer Services; an outsourced human resources and payroll company (1987-2001). Sean was then a team leader, manager, and award-winning sales representative with Takeda Pharmaceuticals; one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world (2001-2019). Sean currently serves on staff at Worldwide Discipleship Association, and is a Board member for Yaystack Inc., Leap for Literacy, Tailor Made Leadership Academy Inc., Undivided Ministries Inc., and Daddy Saturday Foundation Inc. A John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Sean believes the success that a person experiences in life is dependent on their willingness to continue to grow and add value themselves and others.
Sean and his wife Liesha live in Peachtree City, Georgia, and have two children, Tony and Chelsea.

Andrea Green is a veteran educator with nearly 20 years classroom experience in exclusively at-risk school settings. Andrea is a graduate of The University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio and an avid Flyer basketball fan. She was honored as the 2016-2017 OSCAR Winner that recognizes excellence in service in to their local school. She was also awarded the 2017-2018 Teacher of the Year recognition at her local school. Andrea has co-taught both Reading and Classroom Management courses through Kennesaw State University. Andrea also leads her grade level team annually through mentorship, professional development and collaborative planning. She has hosted several successful student teachers in the past that have become quality educators including Mr. Stanley Tucker! Andrea resides in Marietta, GA with her husband, daughter and is expecting another blessing this summer!
Ashley Nelson is an elementary school teacher with over a decade of years of experience in the classroom. Ashley specializes in building positive learning environments for students of all backgrounds and circumstances to be successful. A strong believer in the power of leading by example and treating students with respect and kindness, Ms. Nelson is able to build a strong rapport with the children she teaches in order to gain successful progress in their academic, social, and emotional growth. As a product of public school education through Gwinnett County Schools, Ms. Nelson is an advocate for public education and works to enhance the quality of education for the whole child in the public school system. Ms. Nelson was named Coweta County School Systems Teacher of the Year in 2019.
Brian Cooper is the principal at Red Tail Consulting, a company focused on helping Georgia companies connect with the film industry. Prior to forming Red Tail Consulting in 2019 he served as VP of Operations at Pinewood Atlanta Studios for 6 1/2 years where he also headed Pinewood’s environmental sustainability program. He is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, but has called Georgia his home since 2000. He is an avid sportsman and co-chairman of the Fayette County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited as well as a committee member for the National Wild Turkey Federation Line Creek Chapter. He serves as a national board member for Partnership 4 Conservation as well as the local board for the Southern Conservation Trust and the Fayette Fire Foundation. Brian’s commitment to the Fayette County community leads him to invest his time in organizations that truly benefit the community he calls home. He believes that the greatest gift one can give is their time to worthy causes. Brian is a member of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church.
Susan Stitt is a marketing professional for Front Edge Publishing, a Michigan based book publisher. Susan has been married to her high school sweetheart, Evan Stitt, for 36 years. They are the proud parents of 3 adult daughters and grandparents to two grandchildren. The Stitt family moved to Georgia from Michigan in 2001 when Evan was transferred here for work. Susan was a busy stay at home mom for 20 years. She stayed extra busy volunteering for many charitable causes, including as a board member of the The Fayette Youth Protection Home (Bloom), the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron's Ball committee and the Relay For Life committee. Susan co-chaired Relay in 2007 with Robert Drennan. Susan is an active indoor and outdoor cyclist. She and Evan enjoy camping and attending concerts at the Fred in the summer. They currently reside in Senoia.
